Important information
For delivery
of the CDs or DVDs we will use a neutral private address without any
illustrations,
pictures or cover for your convenience to save your privacy.
Due to several
bounced payments in the past we unfortunately have to wait for full
payment
before we can hand the picture sets or movies over to our postal service.
Please allow
two weeks for delivery from the day of full payment of the order
in Europe
please allow up to 3-6 days. If the CD or DVD is lost, we will send the
ordered
CD or DVD one more time at no cost to the customer.
Hilde asks customers to supply various personal
data when placing an order, such as name
and address,
and e-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of orderprocessing
or communication
with the customer or supplier about the status or details of an order.
