When you order a picture set for downloading, you will receive an email with a link
to your personal download area. If you have ordered and you are not receiving such
an email during 24 hours after order, your email spam filter or junk mail filter may be

sets or movies from any Castle Girls and still pay only one shipping charge.

For delivery of the CDs we will use a neutral private address without any
illustrations, pictures or cover. You will receive a blank CD in a white paper
case and package for your convenience to save your privacy.Due to several bounced payments in the past we unfortunately have to wait for full
payment before we can hand the picture sets over to our download or postal service.Please allow two weeks for delivery from the day of full payment of the
order, in Europe please allow up to 3-6 days. If the CD is lost, we will send the
ordered CD one more time at no cost to the customer.After your total order amount of all items you ever purchased on KCC reaches 400.00 USD
you will be granted the NSP status, that means: NO SHIPPING PERSON, no more
shipping costs for KCC items for all of your future orders worldwide.
On top, all your former orders also count
(except free items and shipping tolls).
The NSP status will not be granted automatically, but you have to request it by email.
